What kind of preliminary exercises you should do?

As we spoke in the first part of this article, Sexual Continence is a very useful method for those who want to improve their lives in many ways. Often, those who become interested in Sexual Continence have wrong ideas that it is hard to do it. But you will see that is not. It involves several simple actions that are made almost simultaneously:

Exercise 1
To have a very good control of the sexual muscles, they have to be trained. This action can be learned through simple Kegel exercises. The idea is to use these muscles intensely. To do this, there are three basic exercises: slow contractions, quick contractions and thrusts.
Slow muscle contractions means that you struggle the muscles like you want to stop the urine flux and maintain contraction for at least three seconds and then you relax.

Exercise 2
This is an exercise for the anal muscles contraction.
